Intern - Data Analytics UMass President's Office
The University of Massachusetts President's Office, located in Westborough and Boston, MA is offering a part time internship for enrolled UMass students. This is a paid internship and academic credit may also be available. The selected intern will work directly with the Unified Procurement Services Team’s Data & Analytics Specialist. The selected intern will gain valuable knowledge of the inner workings of the University of Massachusetts.
Intern - Business Associate Team UMass President's Office
The University of Massachusetts President's Office in Westborough, MA, offers a 20-hour-a-week internship for students enrolled at the five UMass campuses. This is a paid internship, and academic credit may also be available. The selected intern(s) will intern directly with the Business Associates Team (BAT) function within Administration & Finance. Those selected for this internship will gain valuable knowledge of the inner workings of the University of Massachusetts. Interns in the President's Office have the unique experience of working with staff supporting various functions, including the Controller's Office, UPST, HR, Treasury, Travel & Expense, Procurement, Payroll, etc. The objective of this internship will be to support the intern in building and solidifying their procurement, accounts payable, sourcing, contracts, HR, travel, business expense, and general administration & finance business processes while building the overall customer service skills.
Contracts Manager UMass President's Office
Reporting to the Director, Strategic Sourcing, the Contracts Manager is responsible for reviewing and processing vendor and supplier agreements within the Unified Procurement Services Team (UPST). The contract activity may vary and require the development of specialized contract vehicles and techniques to accomplish business goals and objectives. Generally, involves independent judgment and analysis of significant issue identification and resolution.
Strategic Sourcing Manager UMass President's Office
Reporting to the Director of Strategic Sourcing, the Strategic Sourcing Manager for the Unified Procurement Services Team (UPST) is an experienced procurement professional who can lead the development of a strategic vision and operational plan to maximize business opportunities through effective Category Management & Process Execution. Will act as the single point of contact and should exhibit the ability to manage all operations related to sourcing and procurement activities for directly assigned categories. Will manage the team of Strategic Sourcing Category Managers and Specialists to support the University's sourcing activities.

Senior Information Technology Auditor UMass President's Office
The Senior Information Technology Auditor supports Internal Audit’s goals by evaluating the adequacy and effectiveness of the University’s IT operations, compliance with related policy, regulation and IT controls. Assignments will include, but not be limited to, conducting information systems audits, consulting services and various projects. The Senior IT Auditor will be responsible for performing complex audits and other projects in accordance with policies established by the University Board of Trustees, The Institute of Internal Auditors’ Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing and Code of Ethics (“Standards”), Information Systems Audit and Control Association (“ISACA”) guidance, Internal Audit Policies and Procedures, and applicable regulations.
Business Analyst Intern UMass President's Office
The Assistant Vice President for Innovation and Operational Services seeks Interns from the five UMass campuses to provide support to the Innovation and Operational Services Department and the Employee Services Team for the Summer of 2025. As a PO Communications intern, you will work closely with the team across digital marketing, social media, public relations, content marketing, and more to compellingly and purposefully convey the university's achievements and narratives to critical audiences and stakeholders across the Commonwealth and the United States.
